Include the internal length, width and height of the box, the packed product arrangement, the loading sequence, any closure requirement and the expected shipment quantity. Do not rely on external carton dimensions alone when preparing the brief.

A useful pallet-cover inquiry includes pallet length and width, maximum loaded height, whether the cover needs repeated access, how the pallet is handled and the expected quantity. Route and product conditions can be added as the project develops.

For a container-liner project, provide the container type, cargo dimensions or pallet plan, loading and unloading sequence, destination route and any packing or handling constraints. This creates a practical basis for evaluating a liner format.
